Sections 12 & 15 of Antigua and Barbuda's Sexual Offences Act 1995, Ruled Unconstitutional.

In early July, Antigua and Barbuda’s High Court ruled that Sections 12 & 15 of Antigua and Barbuda's Sexual Offences Act (1995) were unconstitutional.
